Bulbine frutescens, also known as Bulbinella is a native to South Africa; a flowering perennial with low water requirements. Succulent foliage with star-shaped yellow flowers in the summer, this plant is great for low maintenance borders and is tolerant of poor dry soil. 1-1/2 ft. tall and 2 ft. wide.
